Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your needs to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all wires, pots, and mounting hardware are included and protected from shipping damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked carrier to our workshop address provided in your authorization email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify that the components have not been modified or soldered beyond initial testing, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
